Feb 04, 2014 · I have a KINDLE FIRE HD. Recently I lost my hotmail.com connection. Kindle advised to remove app and then add it again. Tried that but it doesn't work. Message says "incorrect email address or password." I have checked and rechecked to be sure everything is correct. Do you have any idea how I can get hotmail.com back up and running?
