Jul 09, 2017 · If I connect usb to computer, I can print but if I disconnect the usb I am unable to print so I am thinking that the printer is not connected correctly to the router. I will only be using this printer with one PC and I did install the HP drivers and software on that PC.

At that point you can't do anything in the iPhone in lost mode. So how'd the wifi turn off. I believe you, just don't know how it happened. You'll probably have to do a dfu restore.
